Directions from:

Myrtle Beach Airport:
Exit airport, take Highway 17 Bypass North Exit. Continue approximately 5 miles. Turn left into Myrtlewood Golf Club. 48th ave. North.

Highway 501:
Take Highway 17 North towards North Myrtle Beach. Continue approximately 3 miles. Turn left into MyrtleWood Golf Club. 48th ave. North.

North Myrtle Beach:
Follow Highway 17 South. When Highway 17 South splits, stay right. Continue approximately 5 miles. Turn right into Myrtlewood Golf Club.

South of Myrtle Beach:
Take highway 17 north. When Highway 17 north splits, take Highway 17 bypass North. Go past Myrtle Beach International Airport, go approximately 5 miles. Turn left into Myrtlewood Golf Club.

Check in Procedure:
Check in at office during normal business hours. Late Arrival Procedure: Proceed to Myrtle Golf Villas Check In Building, first building on the right. Pick up courtesy phone in front of building. A operator will instruct you on opening the lock box to retrieve your arrival packet. Your arrival packet will contain keys, parking permits, map to your unit and a copy of the rules and regulations for the resort. Check out Procedure: Bring keys to main office if during normal business hours. If after hours drop keys and parking permits in drop box on the outside of the main office.

Directions from:

Myrtle Beach Airport:
Exit airport, take Highway 17 Bypass North Exit. Continue to Highway 501. Get on Highway 501 towards Conway. Cross over Intercoastal Waterway, Proceed to River Oaks Drive. Take right on River Oaks Drive.

Highway 501 West:
Take Highway 501 towards Myrtle Beach. Turn Left on River Oaks Drive. River Oaks drive is before the Intercoastal Waterway Bridge.

North Myrtle Beach:
Follow Highway 17 South. When Highway 17 South splits, stay right. Continue to Highway 501. Get on Highway 501 towards Conway. Cross over Intercoastal Waterway, Proceed to River Oaks Drive. Take right on River Oaks Drive.

Late Arrival Procedure:
As you enter the resort area you will come upon the Beach Vacations Rental Office which is located ½ of a mile on the right hand side of the road. A lock box attached to the office contains keys, a map to your unit, parking permit and a copy of the resort rules and regulations. On the left side of the key box you will find five buttons. In order to access entry, please press the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th buttons from the top, turn the handle to the right and remove your arrival envelope.
Check out Procedure:
During normal business hours bring keys to office. If after normal business hours, please leave the keys and parking permits in the lock box located at the check in building.

Sunset Villas @ Sandpiper Bay

Directions from:

Myrtle Beach Airport:
Exit airport, take Highway 17 Bypass North Exit. Continue north into North Carolina. Take right on Highway 179 towards Calabash. Go through Calabash, Highway 179 turns into Old Georgetown Rd. Go approximately 2 and ½ miles turn left into Sandpiper Bay.

Highway 501:
Take Highway 17 North towards North Myrtle Beach. Continue north into North Carolina. Take right on Highway 179 towards Calabash. Go through Calabash, Highway 179 turns into Old Georgetown Rd. Go approximately 2 and ½ miles turn left into Sandpiper Bay.

Wilmington N.C.:
Follow Highway 17 South to Highway 904. Take left on 904, go to first traffic light, take right on Old Georgetown Road. Go 1 Mile, take right into Sandpiper Bay.

Check in Procedure:
Key pick up is at the gate when entering off Old Georgetown Road. To access your arrival packet, please go to the lockbox located on the right hand side near the entry guard gate. The code to access entry at the gate is 2-3-4-1. The arrival packet contains keys, a map to your unit, parking permit and a copy of the resort rules and regulations. On the left side of the key box you will find five buttons. In order to access entry, please press the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th buttons from the top, turn the handle to the right and remove the arrival envelope with your name. To get to your condo, continue into Sandpiper Bay Golf Course entrance. Stay on the main road until it brings you to the Sunset Village condominium complex. Your key/packet will have the building number and unit letter for your assigned accommodations.
Check out Procedure:
Please leave the gate passes back in the lock box drop slot located on the side of the box. Please leave the keys to your unit in the drop slot.
